For Beta Egypt's new branch in 5th settlement; an Admin Assistant is needed, where the main responsibilities and duties are:
- Provides administrative and clerical support for the Sales Team.
- Responds to internal and external customer calls by answering the telephone in a timely and professional manner, takes accurate messages and routes calls to staff.
- Responsible for all mail for the branch by preparing outgoing mail, and sorting and routing incoming mail to the appropriate employee.
- Copies correspondence and other printed materials by utilizing the office copy equipment efficiently.
- Maintains confidential records and correspondence by developing, securing and maintaining a filing system for the information.
- Maintains calendar of events for Sales Manager by scheduling appointments and identifying scheduling conflicts.
