Admin Assistant

For Beta Egypt's new branch in 5th settlement; an Admin Assistant is needed, where the main responsibilities and duties are:

  • Provides administrative and clerical support for the Sales Team.
  • Responds to internal and external customer calls by answering the telephone in a timely and professional manner, takes accurate messages and routes calls to staff.
  • Responsible for all mail for the branch by preparing outgoing mail, and sorting and routing incoming mail to the appropriate employee.
  • Copies correspondence and other printed materials by utilizing the office copy equipment efficiently.
  • Maintains confidential records and correspondence by developing, securing and maintaining a filing system for the information.
  • Maintains calendar of events for Sales Manager by scheduling appointments and identifying scheduling conflicts.
Sales Specialist - Real Estate
  • Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
  • Responsible for the negotiation processes.
  • Consult clients on market conditions.
  • Display and market real property to possible buyers.
  • Monitor the property market to identify individuals with interest in property to convince them and secure a brokering deal.
  • Maintaining contact with clients to have opening to discuss future business prospects.
  • Develop weekly or monthly report (productivity report).
