For Beta Egypt's new branch in 5th settlement; an Admin Assistant is needed, where the main responsibilities and duties are: Provides administrative and clerical support for the Sales Team. Responds to internal and external customer calls by answering the telephone in a timely and professional manner, takes accurate messages and routes calls to staff. Responsible for all mail for the branch by preparing outgoing mail, and sorting and routing incoming mail to the appropriate employee. Copies correspondence and other printed materials by utilizing the office copy equipment efficiently. Maintains confidential records and correspondence by developing, securing and maintaining a filing system for the information. Maintains calendar of events for Sales Manager by scheduling appointments and identifying scheduling conflicts.
